Brief
We were tasked to create the brand and marketing collateral for a masterplanned community at Bonnyrigg, the last major development in an area undergoing exciting renewal. Located 39km from the Sydney CDB, there are no large land estates available in any existing suburbs this close to the city, a rare opportunity.

Solution
With expressive and vibrantly coloured paintings in different styles, we recreated locations in Bonnyrigg as urban art pieces, which helped present Bonnyrigg in a more vibrant way. We further celebrated the idea of diversity by featuring different artists and positioning Canvas as if it were an exhibition of opportunities. Artist’s signatures and plaques are used to describe the details of the project, while custom paintings highlight the everyday life in the area.
