Ross’s extensive knowledge is equally matched by his larger than life persona. After delivering some of Australia’s most iconic property projects, Ross co-founded Studio White Noise, bringing to the table strategic solutions, real experience, and a bright spark. Ross gets it, and gets it done.

Andreas is the quiet (sometimes), humming engine of the studio, bringing brand visions to life. With a passion for typography, illustration and brand identity, our Creative Director strives to surprise. As a fellow co-founder, Andreas helps our clients define who they are, and what they can become.

Lauren is our passionate, loud and detailed-focused Design Director and co-founder. She brings a rich tapestry of experience across lifestyle, retail, corporate, as well as food and beverage brands. With a stylish knack for web design, art direction and typography, she brings a fresh, innovative perspective to all our projects.

With extensive experience in brand strategy, account management and project management, Claudia ensures we deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards. As our Client Services Director, she’s everyone’s go-to gal, managing relationships and everyday operations.

A little wacky and always sassy, Mel is the whole package, having worked across design studios, tech start-ups and not for profit organisations. She’s passionate about packaging, art direction, branding, and making a difference in people’s lives through her work.

She may be a loud and proud Gen-Zer, but Dawn’s a quiet perfectionist at heart. This multidisciplinary designer is into crafting unique and engaging visual experiences. As an emerging illustrator/curator outside of the studio, she brings an artful eye to every project.

Caitlin certainly knows what she’s talking about, with a double major in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Marketing, and a Masters of Management. She has earned her stripes at respected agencies and is always curious about the future of marketing.
