We were briefed to create brand campaign targeted at the local Box Hill audience. Author Townhomes were designed for multi-generational living, offering 3 to 5 bedrooms and flexible floorplans, an opportunity for a well-connected family-friendly lifestyle.

Solution

We delivered a sophisticated brand that spoke to all generations, using beautiful, composed photography, renders and typography. Water colour illustrations and witty annotations evoked a sense of nostalgia and charm, supported by emotive and engaging stories.
