Studley Park Residences

Back to our Projects
Brief

We were engaged to develop the brand for Studley Park Residences, a premium collection of 31 homes in one of Kew’s most elevated and verdant locations. Anchored by a majestic Himalayan Cedar and surrounded by iconic parklands, the identity needed to capture the site’s serene natural beauty, quiet prestige, and grounded lifestyle — setting it apart within Melbourne’s luxury residential market while reflecting Carpe’s ethos of calm, craft, and connection.

Red and orange heart-shaped leaves on thin branches are backlit by sunlight, glowing like a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real time. The background is softly blurred, with hints of sky and more foliage.
A rustic building with a sign reading Yarra Bend National Park Golf House is surrounded by trees, bathed in warm, golden sunlight—a perfect setting for a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real-time.
A golfer pushes a golf trolley along a fairway near a sand bunker on a sunny course, much like a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real-time amidst trees and rich greenery.
Solution

Rooted in the natural beauty of Kew, the identity for Studley Park Residences draws on the project’s serene parkland setting and the central garden that defines it. Inspired by the dappled light and textural calm of the site, we developed a refined brand system anchored in a restrained palette, elegant typography, and an aerial canopy motif that evokes quiet luxury and a strong sense of place. Every touchpoint — from cinemagraph renders and brochure design to spatial signage and photography — was crafted in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure cohesion, clarity, and emotional resonance. The result is a layered, immersive identity that mirrors the project’s architectural integrity and delivers a sophisticated, nature-led living experience.

Wooden rowing boats with brown benches and slatted seats are moored closely together on calm water, illuminated by warm sunlight—like a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real time to unique needs and conditions.
Sunlight filters through tall trees, including a palm, casting long shadows on a lush green lawn—much like a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real-time to create the perfect, peaceful garden setting.
A cosy restaurant table set for two with wine glasses, water glasses, serviettes, and cutlery. Bottles of wine are displayed on a shelf nearby, sunlight filters through window blinds—much like a personalised property marketing campaign adapting in real-time.
