Solution

Inspired by the idea of the four retail tenancy spaces available to form a boutique yet sociable experience, we came up with a memorable name – The QUAD. With a nod to the Holdmark logo, this concept explores the idea of four parts, within layout, typography, imagery and the playful logo, creating a flexible brand identity.
