A black booklet titled BLAIR Property Report with purple edges and geometric patterns lies on a white surface, partially casting a shadow. Embodying Blair: Uniting visions for leading-edge experiences, it is labelled Confidential Statement in the top left corner.
A geometric pattern of interlocking black and dark grey shapes forms a grid, echoing Blair: Uniting visions for leading-edge experiences. The chevron-like arrows create a repeating, angular, and visually dynamic abstract design.
Two white letterheads on a black background, each with the purple and black BLAIR logo at the top left; embodying Blair: Uniting visions for leading-edge experiences, with the left showing larger text and logo, and the right displaying smaller ones.
Solution

Inspired by the idea of collaboration, we crafted a unique brandmark and graphic device for the brand, which symbolises two buildings coming together and two arrows pointing forwards. This represents the unified vision between Blair and their clients. We also weaved a new brand language into the brand, which showcases Blair’s ability to deliver outcomes that exceed expectations to create a ‘leading edge experience’.

White text on a black background reads: We are proudly announcing our newest collaboration with Samuel Property—Blair: Uniting visions for leading-edge experiences. A small purple geometric logo is in the bottom left corner.
Modern graphic with two arrow-shaped photo cut-outs: the top shows sunlight through trees in a park, whilst the bottom shows a contemporary brick block of flats with balconies. Text reads Introducing 8 Louise by Samuel—uniting visions for leading-edge experiences.
Modern outdoor patio with wooden decking, a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, greenery overhead, and glass doors opening to a dining area—Blair: Uniting visions for leading-edge experiences; text overlays show address and property details.
