We were asked to develop a brand and campaign for a unique commercial property located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, one of the most active and sought-after locations in the city. The property spans nine levels and offers a generous 23,000sqm of space, making it a rare opportunity for businesses seeking a strategic location.

Solution
It was important to capture the energy and vibrancy of the location, so we created brand messaging that plays on the statement of ‘Always On’. The messaging can be expanded to different statements that reflect the range of offerings available at 52 Goulburn. The brandmark is composed of two elements which can be used separately or on their own. The monogram is based on the typographic form of the number 52, while the geometry symbolises the quarter of the building the precinct occupies. The brand also reflects and relates to the World Square brand for consistency and brand recognition.
