Back to our Projects
Brief

Our brief was to develop an identity for one of Holdmark’s distinctive properties that can be utilised for commercial or retail purposes. The building still maintains its heritage architecture from its previous use as a bank.

Scope of works
  • Brand Identity
  • Campaign Direction
  • Art Direction
  • Digital Design
  • Creative Strategy
  • Graphic Design
  • Illustration
Line drawing of a neoclassical building with columns, large windows, and an entrance labelled 284; its symmetrical design set against a pale green background reflects how heritage meets modern in our bold brand identity.
A greyscale illustration of a classical building façade with tall, fluted columns and rectangular windows. Heritage meets modern in our bold brand identity, with architectural details highlighted by strong shadows.
Heritage meets modern in our bold brand identity: a black oval outline on a muted teal background contains the text EST. 1938, 264 CHURCH ST., and PARRAMATTA, NSW in a minimalist typeface.
Solution

We developed a brand that celebrates the unique heritage of the building while presenting it as a modern offering. The identity was designed to represent both aspects of the project, including an old architecture illustration as one of the main graphic elements. We used big typography and concise messaging to create a bold and engaging brand feel.
