Andreas is the quiet (sometimes), humming engine of the studio, bringing brand visions to life. With a passion for typography, illustration and brand identity, our Creative Director strives to surprise. As a fellow co-founder, Andreas helps our clients define who they are, and what they can become.

Lauren is our passionate, loud and detailed-focused Design Director and co-founder. She brings a rich tapestry of experience across lifestyle, retail, corporate, as well as food and beverage brands. With a stylish knack for web design, art direction and typography, she brings a fresh, innovative perspective to all our projects.

With extensive experience in brand strategy, account management and project management, Claudia ensures we deliver projects on time, on budget and to the highest standards. As our Client Services Director, she’s everyone’s go-to gal, managing relationships and everyday operations.

She may be a loud and proud Gen-Zer, but Dawn’s a quiet perfectionist at heart. This multidisciplinary designer is into crafting unique and engaging visual experiences. As an emerging illustrator/curator outside of the studio, she brings an artful eye to every project.

Ellen’s journey in design began in the UK with a love for creativity and problem-solving, which led her to specialise in web and user interface design. With a keen eye for aesthetics and an understanding of user experience, she crafts engaging digital experiences that resonate with audiences. Whether collaborating with startups or established Australian brands such as Reece & POLITIX, Ellen is dedicated to creating intuitive and impactful digital solutions that exceed client expectations.

Caitlin is a self described ‘creative adjacent’ with experience across London and Melbourne keeping clients confident, teams aligned and brand projects moving smoothly from idea to execution. She’s known for balancing sharp organisation with a sense of humour – the best work usually happens when the team is enjoying the process.
